服务营销独特的魅力与功用,服务营销与餐饮业的有机结合,必然会引起餐饮业的一次又一次大的变革。从我国餐饮业现状出发,通过各种方法,将提供优质服务摆在餐饮业竞争的首要地位,从而使它发挥赢得顾客降低成本节省费用最大化满足顾客的需求,提高餐饮业竞争优势的作用。要以服务品牌意识作根本,服务创新为动力,标准化服务为方向,合理进行餐饮业服务细分,利用服务公关,实行服务差异化,提供个性化服务,最终实现强有力的竞争优势,这对于我国餐饮业的稳步、快速、协调和健康发展都有积极的意义。 The unique charm and function of service marketing and the organic combination of service marketing and catering industry will inevitably cause major changes in the catering industry once and for all. Based on the current situation of China’s catering industry, the Company will provide quality services to the top priority of the catering industry through various methods, so as to enable it to play the role of winning the customers’ cost reduction and maximizing the cost-saving to meet the needs of customers and improve the competitive advantages of the restaurant industry. To serve the brand awareness as a fundamental, service innovation as a driving force, the standardization of services as the direction, a reasonable breakdown of the restaurant industry, the use of service PR, the implementation of service differentiation, to provide personalized service, and ultimately to achieve a strong competitive advantage, which for The steady, rapid, coordinated and healthy development of China’s catering industry has a positive meaning.
