目的:研究柚皮苷对实验性2型糖尿病(T2DM)大鼠的药理作用。方法:通过给予大鼠高脂饲料结合小剂量链脲菌素(30 mg.kg-1)制备T2DM模型。动物分为正常对照组、模型组、阳性对照组、柚皮苷高剂量组(400 mg.kg-1)和低剂量组(200 mg.kg-1),连续给药20 d,测定空腹血糖,糖耐量,空腹胰岛素、血脂、肝脏MDA含量及SOD的活力。结果:与糖尿病模型组比较,柚皮苷两剂量组的空腹血糖,空腹胰岛素,总胆固醇,三酰甘油和肝脏MDA含量均显著降低(P<0.05);体重减少得到缓解;肝脏SOD的活力显著提高(P<0.01)。结论:柚皮苷可以纠正T2DM大鼠的糖代谢和脂质代谢紊乱,减轻胰岛素抵抗,增强机体抗氧化能力,对肝脏起到保护作用。
Objective: To study the pharmacological effects of naringin on experimental type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) rats. Methods: T2DM model was established by giving high-fat diet combined with low-dose streptozotocin (30 mg.kg-1). The animals were divided into normal control group, model group, positive control group, naringin high-dose group (400 mg.kg-1) and low-dose group (200 mg.kg-1) , Glucose tolerance, fasting insulin, blood lipid, liver MDA content and SOD activity. Results: Compared with diabetic model group, fasting blood glucose, fasting insulin, total cholesterol, triglyceride and hepatic MDA content were significantly decreased in the two naringin groups (P <0.05); weight loss was relieved; liver SOD activity was significant Increase (P <0.01). Conclusion: Naringin can correct glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism in T2DM rats, reduce insulin resistance, enhance the body’s antioxidant capacity, and play a protective role in the liver.
