我厂許多零件都是經自动机加工的。所用材料为一般低炭鋼、中炭鋼及冒牌的易切钢(指含流量較一般炭鋼稍高的某些低炭鋼(如15、20、35、45、及A_(20)和A_(12)。进行自动机加工的結果,接連不断的出現刀具磨損严重、加工表面光洁度降低、廢品率增高等現象。为了解决这一問題,在生产工序中間增加了金相儉驗和硬度檢驗。下面就我們所采用的金相和硬度檢驗标准及典型的廢品检验加以介紹。
Many parts of our factory are automatically machined. The materials used are general low carbon steel, medium carbon steel and counterfeit free-cutting steel (for some low carbon steels (such as 15, 20, 35, 45, A20 and A_ (12) .Automatic machining results, after another continuous emergence of serious tool wear, machining surface finish lower rejection rate increased phenomenon.In order to solve this problem, in the middle of the production process to increase the metallographic inspection and hardness test. The metallurgical and hardness test standards we use and typical waste product inspections are presented.
