针对履带车辆双侧独立电机驱动方案中对电机性能要求苛刻的缺点,提出了一种功率耦合方案,通过对该耦合机构的性能特性和转速、转矩数学变换模型的分析,表明了耦合方案的可行性。进行动力学计算,说明了功率耦合机构可以实现绝大部分转向功率通过机械方式回流,显著降低履带车辆转向时的功率需求。分析结果验证了该方案的正确性和可行性,为履带车辆电传动方案的选择提供一种思路。
Aimed at the shortcomings of the independent motor drive scheme of two-sided independent motor drive of tracked vehicle, a power coupling scheme is proposed. By analyzing the performance characteristics of the coupled mechanism and the mathematical model of rotational speed and torque, it is shown that the coupling scheme feasibility. The kinetic calculation shows that the power coupling mechanism can realize most of the steering power through mechanical way backflow, significantly reducing the power requirements of tracked vehicles steering. The analysis results verify the correctness and feasibility of the scheme and provide a way of thinking for the choice of electric drive scheme of tracked vehicles.
