开展冻土区管道的建设,需要在寒冷的环境下进行施工,硬质聚氨酯保温瓦块避免了低温发泡的问题,但也存在施工效率低、不能保证保温效果的问题。将柔性保温材料二氧化硅气凝胶保温毡、聚乙烯泡沫塑料引入补口保温层结构,用以提高施工效率,改善保温效果。在不同的工作管温度下,对3种补口保温层结构的导热系数、热流密度、外表面温度分布进行了研究,结果表明115 mm硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的导热系数、热流密度最小;二氧化硅气凝胶保温毡可以改善聚氨酯保温瓦块补口外表面的温度分布;聚乙烯泡沫+二氧化硅气凝胶保温毡保温结构的保温性能可以满足工程需要,施工性能较好,可用于寒冷环境下的管道保温补口。
The construction of the permafrost pipeline needs to be carried out in a cold environment. The rigid polyurethane insulation tile avoids the problem of low-temperature foaming, but there is also a problem that the construction efficiency is low and the insulation effect can not be guaranteed. The thermal conductivity, heat flux density and outer surface temperature distribution of the three kinds of insulation structures were studied under different working tube temperature. The results showed that the thermal conductivity and heat flux density of the 115 mm rigid polyurethane foam were the lowest. Silicone airgel insulation blankets can improve the temperature distribution of the outer surface of the polyurethane insulation tile fillings. The insulation performance of the polyethylene foam + silica airgel insulation blanket insulation structure can meet the needs of the project and the construction performance is good and can be used in the cold environment Under the pipe insulation fill mouth.
