健美操作为一项流行的体育项目,近几年被引用到中学体育课堂中来,并取得了一定的成效。但通过实践发现,在健美操教学过程中对于教学重点的掌握及目标的实现与健美操的教育理念存在一定的差距,本文运用文献资料法和问卷调查法,对河南4所高中健美操教学质量不高及学生在学习健美操过程中学习效果差的问题进行调查与分析,从体育教学过程中的“教”与“学”两个方面来分析影响健美操教学质量的几个因素。
Aerobics, a popular sport, has been cited in secondary school physical education classrooms in recent years and has achieved some success.
