三北及长江流域等重点防护林建设工程是我国应对气候变化、解决不同地区的不同生态环境问题、保护和改善人民生存和发展空间而实施的巨大林业生态建设工程。目前,各项工程正有序的建设实施,并取得了较大的生态效益,但随着工程建设的不断开展,各种问题开始凸显,影响工程建设的进程。基于此,本研究分析了防护林工程建设中存在的主要问题,及其相应的建议和对策。 The key protection forest construction projects in the Three North and Yangtze River valleys are great forestry ecological construction projects that are implemented in China in response to climate change, solving different ecological and environmental problems in different regions, and protecting and improving people’s living and development space. At present, all the projects are being constructed and implemented in an orderly manner, and great ecological benefits have been achieved. However, with the continuous development of the projects, various problems have begun to become prominent, affecting the process of project construction. Based on this, this study analyzed the main problems in the construction of shelterbelt and their corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
