用System6300(BakmanU.S.A)氨基酸自动分析仪,对四种人癌的抑癌因子和小鼠肉瘤180抑癌因子进行了氨基酸组成分析。结果显示:四种人癌抑癌因子的氨基酸残基数均约100;小鼠肉瘤180抑癌因子氨基酸残基总数约34,人与小鼠抑癌因子都含较多的Pro、Asp、Glu、Lys。这提示人与小鼠抑癌因子的氨基酸残基数既有明显的种属差异,但两者又具有共同的氨基酸组成特点,这可能是维持抑癌因子的构象及其抑癌活性所必需的。
The amino acid composition of four human cancer suppressor factors and mouse sarcoma 180 tumor suppressor factors was analyzed using a System 6300 (Bakman U.S.A.) amino acid automatic analyzer. The results showed that the number of amino acid residues of the four human cancer suppressor factors was approximately 100; the total number of 180 amino acid residues of mouse tumor sarcoma was approximately 34. Both human and mouse tumor suppressor factors contained more Pro, Asp, and Glu. Lys. This suggests that the number of amino acid residues in human and mouse tumor suppressor factors is notably different, but both have common amino acid composition characteristics, which may be necessary to maintain the conformation of tumor suppressor factors and their tumor suppressor activity. .
