The relationship between ISO9000 and TQM can be expressed as the relationship between QA, QM and TQM. It states that ISO9000 is an integral part of TQM. The relationship between ISO9000 and TQM is based on the relationship between development and higher level, and the relationship between QA, QM and TQM is illustrated with the help of the quality architecture diagram that users need.
