目的探讨观察层流病床对低增生白血病化疗期间患者并发感染的影响。方法选择该院2014年1月—2016年12月收治的低增生白血病患者78例,根据患者知情同意的原则,分为干预组与对照组,均于化疗开始分别给予常规护理,干预组加以层流病床保护性隔离;观察比较化疗期间感染患者的发生情况。对二组骨髓抑制期持续时间及感染发生情况,进行观察和比较。结果与对照组相比,干预组感染发生率明显降低,骨髓抑制期持续时间明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低增生白血病患者化疗期间实施层流病床保护性隔离措施,能够明显降低感染发生率,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effects of laminar flow bed on patients with hypo-proliferative leukemia during chemotherapy. Methods 78 patients with hypoallergenic leukemia admitted from January 2014 to December 2016 in our hospital were divided into intervention group and control group according to the principle of informed consent. All patients were given routine nursing at the beginning of chemotherapy, Flow bed protective isolation; observed and compared the incidence of infection during chemotherapy. The duration of bone marrow suppression and the incidence of infection in the two groups were observed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of infection in the intervention group was significantly decreased, the duration of the bone marrow suppression period was significantly shorter, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The protective isolation measures of laminar flow bed in patients with hypoallergenic leukemia during chemotherapy can significantly reduce the incidence of infection and deserve clinical promotion.
