声带息肉是喉科常见病之一。以往大都采用手术或内服中药治疗[1－3]，虽然都有一定的疗效，但效果却不十分理想。从1994年6月至1995年6月我们采用先手术摘除息肉，术后再内服中药的中西医结合方法治疗107例，与单纯西医治疗组85例，进行临床对照，观察其疗效，探索中西医结合治
