神经内分泌细胞广泛分布于机体神经系统(中枢神经系统和外周神经系统)和神经系统以外的各个器官或组织。正常前列腺组织中除了含有基底细胞和上皮细胞外,同时也存在少量的神经内分泌细胞,对前列腺生长、分泌和分化起着调节作用。近年来研究表明前列腺神经内分泌细胞还可能通过自身的活性及分泌产物参与慢性前列腺炎(CP)的发病机制。本文从前列腺神经内分泌细胞的来源与分布、形态与结构、分泌特性、作用等方面进一步阐述了前列腺神经内分泌细胞及其与CP的关系。
Neuroendocrine cells are widely distributed in the body’s nervous system (central nervous system and peripheral nervous system) and various organs or tissues other than the nervous system. In addition to the normal prostate tissue contains basal cells and epithelial cells, but also a small amount of neuroendocrine cells, prostate gland growth, secretion and differentiation play a regulatory role. In recent years, studies have shown that prostate neuroendocrine cells may also participate in the pathogenesis of chronic prostatitis (CP) through their own activity and secretion products. In this paper, the origin and distribution of prostatic neuroendocrine cells, morphology and structure, secretion characteristics, and other aspects of the prostate neuroendocrine cells and its relationship with the CP.
