组织创新气氛影响员工创新行为产生,而企业需承担因社会责任所可能引发的各种风险影响组织创新气氛的形成和强弱。本文通过建立企业社会责任导向的组织创新气氛研究的概念模型及实证分析.显示具有企业社会责任一社会导向的企业,其组织创新气氛强度显著优于企业社会责任一经济导向型企业。其R&D资源、员工成长、持续发展和领导支持各维度也显著优于经济导向型企业。因此,企业在人力资源管理中应注意融合社会责任导向,战略性地选择研发项目及投入资源.培育有企业社会责任感的员工,鼓励管理者支持具有社会责任的技术创新。
Organizational climate of innovation affects employee innovation behavior, and companies need to assume that the various risks that social responsibility may cause affect the formation and strength of organizational innovation atmosphere. This essay establishes a conceptual model and empirical analysis of the research on the organizational climate of innovation oriented by CSR, which shows that the intensity of the organizational innovation atmosphere is significantly superior to that of an enterprise with social responsibility and economic orientation. Its R & D resources, staff growth, sustainable development and leadership support are also significantly better than the economy-oriented enterprises in all dimensions. Therefore, in the management of human resources, enterprises should pay attention to integrating social responsibility orientation, strategically selecting R & D projects and investing resources to foster employees with corporate social responsibility and encourage managers to support technological innovation with social responsibility.
