对中国本土企业来说,该如何借鉴丰田生产模式与六西格玛管理模式的精髓进行卓越绩效?本文在对六西格玛管理内涵作简要概述的基础上,对比了丰田生产方式与六西格玛管理模式的异同,指出实施这两类精确管理模式的条件,对不具备这些条件的企业,提出如何应用卓越绩效方式,借鉴这两类管理模式的理念和方法,建立持续改进机制,为精确管理奠定基础。
How can we learn from the essence of Toyota Production Model and Six Sigma Management Model for Chinese local enterprises to achieve high performance? Based on a brief overview of Six Sigma management connotation, this paper compares the similarities and differences between Toyota Production Model and Six Sigma Management Model, The conditions for these two types of precise management models are for companies that do not have these conditions, proposing ways and means of applying high performance methods, drawing on the concepts and methods of these two types of management models, establishing a continuous improvement mechanism and laying the foundation for accurate management.
