在大鼠角朊细胞原代培养的基础上 ,建立导电聚吡咯膜角朊细胞原代培养技术 ,并探讨了导电聚吡咯膜对角朊细胞体外生长作用的影响。实验结果显示 ,单纯聚吡咯膜或导电刺激对角朊细胞生长的作用和对照组相比没有显著性差异 ,而导电聚吡咯膜可以有效地促进角朊细胞的生长和增殖 ,且对不同种植密度、不同培养时间的大鼠角朊细胞的促生长作用也有显著性差别。在降低常规培养条件下所需要的细胞种植密度的同时 ,可以将角朊细胞生长融合培养时间缩短约 2天
