本文介绍了用新型工程材料——铜钼锡蠕墨铸铁制造汽车发动机凸轮轴的试验研究情况。研究的结果指出,铜钼锡蠕墨铸铁高频淬火凸轮轴,在与15Cr钢渗碳淬火挺杆匹配时,其抗擦伤能力优于高频淬火的低合金球墨铸铁,普通蠕墨铸铁凸轮轴,特别是优于45钢(精选)高频淬火的凸轮轴;耐磨性优于45钢高频淬火凸轮轴,接触载荷下的持久性能相当或优于45钢高频淬火凸轮轴。铜钼锡蠕墨铸铁凸轮轴较易校直。铜钼锡蠕墨铸铁取代45钢制造凸轮轴,能延长使用寿命,降低成本,尤其适用于缺乏大型模锻设备的企业,有利于产品的更新换代。
This paper introduces the experimental research on the manufacture of automotive engine camshafts with a new engineering material, copper molybdenum-tin vermicular cast iron. The results of the study indicate that when the copper-molybdenum-tin vermicular graphite cast iron high-frequency quench camshafts are matched with the 15Cr steel carburizing quenched tappet, the anti-galling ability is better than that of the high-frequency quenched low-alloy ductile iron, ordinary vermicular graphite cast iron cam Shaft, especially better than 45 steel (Featured) high-frequency quenching camshaft; wear better than 45 steel high-frequency quenching camshaft, the durability of the contact load is equivalent to or better than 45 steel high-frequency quenching camshaft.
