目的 :探讨应用多排CT尿路成像(CTU)技术诊断肾输尿管畸形病变的临床效果。方法 :对2010年1月至2013年12月我院收治的43例肾输尿管畸形患者进行B超、IVU、CTU检查的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 :应用CTU技术对本组患者的病情进行定位诊断的符合率为97.7%,对其病情进行定性诊断的符合率为95.3%;应用B超技术对其病情进行定位诊断的符合率为46.5%,对其病情进行定性诊断的符合率为44.2%;应用IVU技术对其病情进行定位诊断符合率为79.1%,对其病情进行定性诊断的符合率为58.1%。与应用B超或IVU技术相比,应用CTU技术对本组患者的病情进行定位诊断和定性诊断的符合率较高,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :在诊断肾输尿管畸形病变方面,CTU能为临床医师提供更全面、更准确的数据,其临床应用价值较高,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of multi-detector CT urography (CTU) in the diagnosis of renal ureteral malformations. Methods: The clinical data of 43 patients with renal ureter malformation admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The coincidence rate of using CTU technique to locate and diagnose the patients’ condition was 97.7%, and the coincidence rate of qualitative diagnosis of the disease was 95.3%. The coincidence rate of using B-ultrasound to diagnose the disease was 46.5% The coincidence rate of qualitative diagnosis of the disease was 44.2%. The coincidence rate of using the IVU technique to diagnose the disease was 79.1%. The coincidence rate of qualitative diagnosis of the disease was 58.1%. Compared with the application of B-ultrasound or IVU technique, the coincidence rate of using CTU technique to locate and diagnose the patients in this group was higher, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: CTU can provide clinicians with more comprehensive and accurate data in the diagnosis of renal ureteral malformations, and its clinical application value is high, so it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
