通过对空压机二级转子磨损痕迹的分析,发现由于空压机转子长期运行造成的积炭,使动平衡破坏引起振动,加之叶轮与扩压器间隙偏小,最终导致转子损坏。
Through the analysis of the secondary rotor wear traces of the air compressor, it is found that due to the long-term operation of the air compressor rotor, carbon deposits cause the dynamic balance damage, and the clearance between the impeller and the diffuser is too small to eventually cause the rotor to be damaged.
