本文报告因多次输血造成Rh系统溶血性输血反应,具有抗C、D、E抗体的病人,患者血型为O.ccdee。此种抗体是采用二套标准红细胞根据排除原则鉴定抗体的特异性。证明它具有IgG性质的抗体。当前,在输血这一治疗手段被广泛利用的情况下,仅仅注意到ABO系统引起的溶血反应因素,而忽视由Rh或其他系统引起的溶血性输血反应因素是危险的。所以当多次输血或输血后引起的反应时定要加以甄别。如采用改良抗人球方法或予以抗人球配血可及早发现有否产生免疫抗体,从而可得到正确的治疗方针。
This article reports the hemolytic transfusion reaction caused by multiple transfusions Rh system, with anti-C, D, E antibodies in patients with blood type O.ccdee.
