本文根据球形容器用钢的性能要求,对国内新研制的大型球罐用屈服强度50kgf/mm~2级低焊接冷裂纹敏感性CF-62钢板的力学性能进行了系统的试验研究(包括拉力、系列冲击试验,NDTT、COD、J积分及da/dN测定),并对日本WEL-TEN62CF钢板进行了剖析试验。结果表明,该钢调质板除具有优良的低温韧性外,其应变时效敏感性也较低;钢板经550~610℃保温5小时消除应力热处理后对其力学性能影响不大;该钢的综合性能不仅达到了研制的技术要求,而且与日本WEL-TEN62CF实际钢板性能水平相当。因此本文作者认为,仅从该钢调质板力学性能看,作为屈服强度50kgf/mm~2级球形容器用钢是可行的,并有较大的发展前途。
In this paper, according to the performance requirements of steel for spherical container, the mechanical properties of CF-62 steel with low weld cold crack susceptibility of 50kgf / mm ~ 2 yield strength newly developed domestically were systematically studied (including tension, Series of impact test, NDTT, COD, J integral and da / dN determination), and the analysis of Japan WEL-TEN62CF steel plate. The results show that the tempered steel has a lower strain-aging sensitivity except for its good low-temperature toughness.
