将小麦(Triticum.aestivum L.)分别用1%CaCl_2水溶液和水浸种,将其幼苗叶片置于34—36℃高温(24—48h)连续进行胁迫处理。结果表明,Ca~(2+)处理的幼苗根冠淀粉水解速度较低,叶片保水力较强。叶片中超氧歧化酶(SOD)活性较高,并且减轻了类囊体膜的损伤程度,提高了光合速率。
The wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) was soaked with 1% aqueous solution of CaCl 2 and water, respectively, and the leaves of the seedlings were continuously treated under the high temperature of 34-36 ° C for 24-48h. The results showed that the Ca2 + -treated seedling had lower starch hydrolysis rate and stronger water-holding capacity. Leaf superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity is higher, and reduce the degree of thylakoid membrane damage, increased photosynthetic rate.
