对NFOM的原理进行了论述,并在一个实验的NFOM系统上对鱼鳞片样品进行了成像和分析。结果表明NFOM系统可对各种透明、半透明样品进行成像,证实了鱼鳞片中骨胶原分子有序排列形成生物驻极体特性的现像,同时观察到了鱼鳞片微米级生物全息现像。
The principle of NFOM was discussed and fish scale samples were imaged and analyzed on an experimental NFOM system. The results showed that the NFOM system could image all kinds of transparent and translucent samples and confirmed the phenomenon that the collagen molecules arranged in fish scales were arranged in order to form the electret. Meanwhile, micrometer-scale bio-holographic images of fish scales were observed.
