本文通过对丝杆测量误差的分析,对现行普遍采用的丝杠测量仪器鉴定方法的可靠性提出了看法。通过建立丝杠螺旋面的型面方程,并以型面方程的全微分作为计算误差的基本公式,证明了如果鉴定中不认真选择被测丝杠,误差曲线的分散就包括了被测丝杠本身的误差。通过分析认为,调头测量丝杠同一齿面时误差曲线的分散与原始误差的分布有关;提出了最大系统误差分为系统误差和半系统误差是合理的、可行的,并以鉴定实例说明了这个问题。
In this paper, through the analysis of the measurement error of the screw rod, the author puts forward the opinion on the reliability of the commonly used lead screw measuring instrument identification method. By establishing the profile equation of the helical screw face and using the full differential of the profile equation as the basic formula for calculating the error, it is proved that if the tested lead screw is not chosen carefully, the dispersion of the error curve includes the measured lead screw The error of itself. The analysis shows that the dispersion of error curve when measuring the same tooth surface is related to the distribution of original error. It is reasonable and feasible to divide the maximum system error into system error and semi-system error, and the example of identification is given to illustrate this problem.
