在世界民族艺术之林中,独具特色的中国山水、花鸟画,有着一千多年的传统,历代大师辈出,各领风骚。仅就存留至今的历代名家名作,表现领域之广,技艺之高,足以令人叹为观止。在我国绘画史中已是层出高峰的山水、花鸟画再上新台阶,绝非轻而易举之事。这几乎是山水、花鸟画家和美术评论家们的共识. 五十年代初,根据当时文艺政策的要求,山水画家们往往用自己所掌握的树法、皴法等程式画法进行创作.只是在画面上的适当位置安排上汽车,电塔、现代桥梁、水渠、渡槽和点景人物……花鸟画家们,除表现花与鸟之外,通过点缀草帽、毛巾,甚至用工笔牡丹后面衬以炼钢高炉的方法,即所谓“旧葫芦装新酒”的方法进行创造,以求“反映现实生活”,“体现山水、花鸟画的时代感”。那么,山水花鸟画的创造有无“新葫芦装新酒”的途境呢? 记得六十年代初,偶见王盛烈先生山水画新作《黄洋界》,这件作品没有套用传统皴法,而是以黄洋界实景为模
