汽蚀是大型给水泵经常出现的问题。在分析给水泵汽蚀的形成机理及大流量工况下出现汽蚀的原因后 ,根据给水泵的基本原理和实际性能曲线 ,创建了新的流量和临界汽蚀余量的数学模型。为了防止大型给水泵发生汽蚀 ,采用在DCS上实现给水泵防汽蚀的控制策略以及监视画面 ,事实表明这是一种有效解决给水泵汽蚀的方法
Cavitation is a common problem with large feed pumps. After analyzing the forming mechanism of feed water pump cavitation and the cause of cavitation under large flow conditions, a new mathematical model of flow rate and critical cavitation margin was established according to the basic principle and actual performance curve of feed water pump.
