我国消防员伤亡比例较高,很多人将其归咎于消防现役体制,认为应当进行消防职业化改革。然而,我国尚不存在职业化的基础,最迫切的任务应当是提高现役消防队伍培训开发的专业性。现役制消防部队培训开发的主要形式有入职前的学校教育、入伍时的集中培训以及入职后的在职培训。缺乏严格的培训开发规划、培训开发理念存在偏差、培训开发渠道相对狭窄、培训开发内容不够专业是其主要问题。应通过制订科学的培训开发规划、树立正确的培训开发理念、拓宽消防员培训开发渠道、增强培训开发内容的专业性等措施提高培训开发的有效性。
A high proportion of Chinese firefighters casualties, many people blame the fire service system, that should be carried out professional fire protection reform. However, there is still no basis for professionalization in our country. The most urgent task should be to improve the professionalism of the training and development of the existing fire brigade. The main forms of training and development of active fire brigade troops include pre-service school education, intensive training when entering the army and on-the-job training after induction. Lack of strict training and development planning, training and development concepts, there are deviations, training and development of relatively narrow channels, training and development is not enough professional content is its main problem. It is necessary to improve the effectiveness of training by formulating scientific training and development plans, establishing correct training and development concepts, broadening training channels for firefighters and enhancing the professionalism of training and development contents.
