信道监控是FY-2静止气象卫星指令与数据接收站设备自动化管理与调度的重要组成部分,是确保作业无间断运行的保障。在分析信道监控子系统功能需求的基础上,详细阐述了接口设计和设备管理内容设计原理,对业务运行中出现的监控死机问题进行分析、定位与处理。最后,结合运行实践,从串口通信卡防雷、计算机硬件及软运行特点提出几大维护措施,具有实效性和针对性,可对卫星通信地球站,地面监控系统的工程设计及业务运行提供一定的参考。
