通过盐雾腐蚀研究了铈对3003铝合金的耐腐蚀性能的影响,观察了宏观腐蚀形貌,采用扫描电镜和能谱分析仪观察腐蚀产物,利用失重法分析了不同铈含量条件下的3003铝合金的腐蚀动力学特征。结果表明,含0.4%铈的3003铝合金的耐腐蚀性能最佳。
The effect of cerium on the corrosion resistance of 3003 aluminum alloy was studied by salt spray corrosion. The macroscopic corrosion morphology was observed. The corrosion products were observed by scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analyzer. The effects of cerium content on the corrosion resistance of 3003 aluminum alloy were analyzed by weight loss method. Corrosion kinetics of alloys. The results show that the corrosion resistance of 3003 aluminum alloy containing 0.4% cerium is the best.
