目的 观察胃舒散中碱式碳酸铋的稳定性。方法 采用络合滴定法测定胃舒散中碱式碳酸铋的含量,用初匀速法对胃舒散中碱式碳酸铋的稳定性进行研究。结果 胃舒散中碱式碳酸铋的热解反应活化能为23.95 kcal/mol,室温(25℃)的贮存期为243 d。结论 采用初匀速法测定胃舒散中碱式碳酸铋的稳定性是切实可行的,可作为制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective To observe the stability of basic guanidine carbonate in Weishu Powder. Methods The content of basic guanidine carbonate in Weishu Powder was determined by complexometric titration method. The stability of basic guanidine carbonate in Weishu Powder was studied by initial uniform method. Results The activation energy of pyrolysis reaction of basic lanthanum carbonate in Weishusan was 23.95 kcal/mol, and the storage time at room temperature (25°C) was 243 d. [Conclusion] The determination of the stability of basic guanidine carbonate in Weishusan by using the initial uniform velocity method is feasible and can be used as a quality control method for the preparation.
