利用ProCAST软件对水下装置关键部件双相不锈钢导叶体的铸造工艺进行了模拟,验证了导叶体工艺的正确性。通过对铸件凝固过程中温度场的计算,确定在铸件完全凝固及σ脆性相大量析出前所需要的时间。在实际生产中从浇注到铸件冷却,进行落砂操作,消除叶片的应力。通过此法解决了裂纹缺陷,提高了铸件质量。
ProCAST software was used to simulate the casting process of the dual-phase stainless steel guide vane, which is the key component of the underwater unit, and the correctness of the guide vane process was verified. Through the calculation of the temperature field during the solidification of the castings, the time required before the solidification of the castings and the precipitation of the σ-brittle phase is determined. In the actual production from casting to casting cooling, sand removal operation, eliminating the blade stress. Through this method to solve the crack defects, improve the quality of castings.
