Since Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and Shanghai Municipal Government formally made the strategic decision of “focusing on Zhangjiang” in August 1999, in just two years, Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park has introduced 287 various types of projects and attracted over 4.5 billion U.S. dollars of investment.
