改革开放以来,我国商品交易市场(以下简称有形市场)发展取得了较好成效,为活跃流通、引导生产、扩大消费等发挥了积极作用。据统计,截至2015年年底,我国年成交额超过1亿元的有形市场近5000家,年成交额超过10万亿元。但同时,我国有形市场目前仍以传统发展方式为主,信息技术应用不够,服务功能不强,创新能力不足,特别是随着经济发展进入新常态,消费格局深刻变化,有形市场发展出现诸多不适应,面临着新的机遇和挑战。
