压缩订购提前期可以提高零售商对随机需求预测的精度,订购更加合理的产品数量,从而增加其期望利润.在压缩提前期将增加供应商的生产成本假设下,首先分析了集中决策时的最优订购数量和订购时间,随后在成本参数信息不对称条件下,研究了只有一个供应商和存在多个供应商竞争供应机会这两种情形下零售商的最优采购策略.最后通过数值算例验证了零售商的期望利润随提前期压缩先增加后递减的结论,分析了零售商最大期望利润随对随机需求的预测精度与供应商数量等参数的变化趋势.
Compression order lead time can improve retailer’s accuracy of random demand forecasting and order more reasonable product quantity, so as to increase its expected profit.In the hypothesis that compression lead time will increase supplier’s production cost, firstly, Optimal ordering quantity and ordering time, then under the condition of asymmetric cost parameter information, we study the optimal purchasing strategy of the retailer under the condition that there is only one supplier and multiple suppliers compete for supply opportunity.Finally, It verifies that the expected profit of the retailer increases first and then decreases with the advancement compression. The trend of retailer¡¯s maximum expected profit with the prediction accuracy of the random demand and the number of suppliers are analyzed.
