企业创新网络运行过程中,网络成员之间存在着不对称依赖关系和知识竞争协作关系,二者在契约不完全的作用下容易产生机会主义行为,包括知识共享不足、核心知识窃取、搭便车和要挟。本文从非正式治理的角度,从信任、声誉、合作文化和联合制裁四个方面探讨企业创新网络机会主义行为的治理机制。非正式治理机制从隐性激励、群体约束两个方面来建立共同期望和社会规范,进而实现行为的自我约束。
During the operation of enterprise innovation network, the members of the network have the asymmetric dependence relationship and the knowledge competition and cooperation relationship. Both of them are prone to opportunistic behavior under the incomplete contract, including lack of knowledge sharing, core knowledge theft, free ride and Blackmail. This article discusses the governance mechanism of opportunism in enterprise innovation network from the perspective of informal governance from four aspects: trust, reputation, cooperation culture and joint sanction. Informal governance mechanisms establish mutual expectations and social norms from two aspects: hidden encouragement and group restraint, so as to realize the self-restraint of behavior.
