本文以某机场T3A航站楼建设项目为研究背景,对张拉后尚未安装接驳爪及玻璃面板的预应力单索幕墙拉索进行了现场实测。对所获得的振动时域数据进行频谱分析,利用现有的频率法理论计算公式得到索力,将其与压力表测试法得到的索力进行比较,结果表明:现有的频率法理论计算公式不宜直接运用于幕墙拉索的索力测试,否则将会导致所测得索力出现较大偏差。通过采用比对的方法对现有计算单索幕墙索力的频率法进行修正,修正后精度有明显改善,为类似的索力测试提供参考。
In this paper, an airport T3A terminal building project for the research background, the tension has not yet installed pawl and glass panel prestressed single cable curtain wall field measured. The frequency domain analysis of the obtained vibration time-domain data was carried out, and the existing force method was used to calculate the cable force. The comparison was made with the cable force obtained from the pressure gauge test. The results show that the existing formula Should not be directly applied to the curtain wall cable force test, otherwise it will lead to measured cable force greater deviation. By using the method of comparison to correct the existing frequency method of calculating the cable force of single cable curtain wall, the accuracy of the correction is obviously improved, providing reference for similar cable force testing.
