施工现场管理工作是一项系统性、复杂性工程,涉及到施工、技术、管理各部门,要提高管理水平和管理效率,必须统筹好各项要素,提高管理的时效性。建筑工程项目的现场管理工作,是开展施工活动的第一现场,也是实现工程价值目标的基础保障;建筑工程质量的优劣、成本的高低等,都与现场管理状况密切相关。运用科学的方法与手段,强化现场施工组织与管理,包括材料、设备、人员、资金、技术等各项要素,提高管理的实效性,加强对现场管理工作的重视程度,改善各种不理想的状态,才能全面保障工程安全、进度与质量,进而实现工程效益最大
Construction site management is a systematic and complex project involving various departments of construction, technology and management. In order to improve the management level and management efficiency, various elements must be co-ordinated to improve the timeliness of management. The on-site management of construction projects is the first site to carry out construction activities and also the basic guarantee to achieve the goal of construction value. The quality of construction projects and the level of costs are all closely related to the site management. Use scientific methods and means to strengthen the on-site construction organization and management, including the material, equipment, personnel, funds, technology and other elements to improve the effectiveness of management, strengthen the emphasis on on-site management and improve the various non-ideal State, in order to fully protect the safety of the project, progress and quality, thereby achieving the greatest project benefits
