Unmarried migrants under the influence of marriage may be more involved in commercial sex among men, and commercial sex is one of the ways in which the general population is directly infected with HIV / AIDS. It is necessary to analyze the HIV / AIDS risk of migrant men due to commercial sex and their coping strategies in the context of marital squeeze. To assess the cumulative risk of HIV / AIDS and its influencing factors by means of survival analysis to estimate the proportions of commercial sexes in all ages. The results of the study confirm that marriage squeeze, population migration and cultural change are important scenarios for analyzing the commercial sexual behavior of migrant men. It is found that there is a clear risk of HIV / AIDS in migrant men and that the unmarried men aged 28-35 are the major contributors to the cumulative risk of HIV / AIDS Committees, marital squeeze had a significant impact on the cumulative risk of HIV / AIDS among unmarried men aged 28-35; social macro-structural and micro-normative factors were significant contributors to the cumulative risk of migratory HIV / AIDS in men. On the basis of the conclusion, we put forward some policy enlightenments. We suggest that the public health department clarify the cumulative risk trend of HIV / AIDS and improve the risk-blocking strategy.
