采用电化学聚合和恒电位沉积方法制备了负载纳米金的聚3-甲基噻吩(P3MT)修饰玻碳电极(Nano-Au/P3MT/GCE)。采用循环伏安法(CV)研究了SO2-3在Nano-Au/P3MT/GCE上的电化学行为,并优化了实验参数,以此为基础建立了用差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)测定SO2-3的新方法。SO2-3的氧化峰电流和SO2-3的浓度在5.0×10-6~8.0×10-3mol/L范围内呈较好的线性关系(r=0.9989),检测限1.0×10-6mol/L(S/N=3),红酒中SO2-3的加标回收率在97%~103%之间。
Poly (3-methylthiophene) (P3MT) modified glassy carbon electrode (Nano-Au / P3MT / GCE) supported on gold nanoparticles was prepared by electrochemical polymerization and potentiostatic deposition. The electrochemical behavior of SO2-3 on Nano-Au / P3MT / GCE was studied by cyclic voltammetry (CV), and the experimental parameters were optimized. Based on this, the differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) -3 new method. The oxidation peak current of SO2-3 and the concentration of SO2-3 showed a good linearity (r = 0.9989) in the range of 5.0 × 10-6 ~ 8.0 × 10-3mol / L with the detection limit of 1.0 × 10-6mol / L (S / N = 3). The spiked recoveries of SO2-3 in red wine ranged from 97% to 103%.
