针对大截面工件的闪光对焊工艺特点 ,确定了预热闪光焊的焊接工艺。通过工控机闭环控制液压比例阀的运动 ,使工件按照预定的闪光位移曲线加速送进 ,保证了闪光过程的强烈和稳定。编制了系统控制软件 ,它集焊接过程控制与生产管理于一体 ,具有控制焊接过程转换、故障诊断与处理、参数显示及统计产量等功能。焊接接头性能试验结果表明 :该焊接系统完全可以用于大截面工件的闪光对焊
Aiming at the characteristics of the flash butt welding process of the large section work piece, the welding process of the preheating flash welding is confirmed. Closed loop through the industrial control of the hydraulic proportional valve movement, so that the workpiece in accordance with the scheduled flash displacement curve accelerated feeding, to ensure a strong and stable flash process. The system control software is compiled. It integrates welding process control and production management, and has the functions of controlling welding process conversion, fault diagnosis and processing, parameter display and statistical output. The results of the performance test of the welded joints show that the welding system can be used for the flash butt welding of large-section workpieces
