通过缩聚反应对烷基苯进行分子重排,探索新结构的合成润滑油。用Lewis酸型催化剂和亚甲基化剂对十二烷基苯和重烷基苯进行了试验。结果从十二烷基苯合成得到更大分子的研制油(Ⅰ);从2号重烷基苯得到了研制油(Ⅱ)。结果表明,(Ⅰ)和(Ⅱ)油有很优良的低温性能,其热安定性比矿物油的稍高,四球机磨损也比同粘度矿物油的好。
Through the polycondensation reaction of alkylbenzene molecular rearrangement, to explore the new structure of synthetic lubricants. Dodecylbenzenes and heavy alkylbenzenes were tested using Lewis acid type catalysts and methylating agents. The results obtained from the dodecylbenzene synthesis of larger molecules of the development of oil (Ⅰ); No. 2 heavy alkyl benzene obtained from the development of oil (Ⅱ). The results show that the oils of (Ⅰ) and (Ⅱ) have very good low temperature properties, their thermal stability is slightly higher than that of mineral oil, and the wear of four-ball machine is better than that of the same viscosity mineral oil.
