为了检测植物促生菌对石油污染土壤的改良效果,以扶余采油厂石油污染土为参照、人工模拟石油污染土(校园土和石油混合)为试验土壤,通过添加植物促生菌和保水剂、氮磷肥料的不同组合配置,采用三因素三水平正交试验设计,用盆栽方法研究了保水剂、促生菌和氮磷元素不同处理,对向日葵幼苗的可溶性糖含量、过氧化物酶活性和丙二醛生成的影响。结果表明:加菌后可溶性糖含量明显降低,过氧化物酶含量明显提高,丙二醛含量降低。三因素中,氮磷肥料对可溶性糖含量、过氧化物酶活性和丙二醛含量的影响最大。
In order to test the improvement effect of plant growth promoting bacteria on oil-contaminated soils, petroleum contaminated soil in Fuyu Oil Production Plant was used as a reference to simulate petroleum contaminated soil (mixture of campus soil and petroleum) as test soil. The results showed that the content of soluble sugar decreased obviously, the content of peroxidase increased significantly and the content of malondialdehyde decreased. Of the three factors, nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers have the greatest impact on soluble sugar content, peroxidase activity and malondialdehyde content.
