本文就拍摄的水下切割电弧移动高速摄影照片和电弧电流、电压示波图,分析了半自动熔化极水喷射水下切割电弧燃烧的特点,探讨了其切割机理,提出了连续稳定切割时存在着高温“气腔”的假设。本文阐述了对切割电源性能的要求和研制切割设备中的关键问题,并就连续稳定切割条件下的工艺试验,得出了各规范参数之间的关系;扼要介绍了GSS-800型半自动熔化极水喷射水下电弧切割设备的性能、特点和主要技术参数;最后阐述了半自动熔化极水喷射水下电弧切割新技术在深海60米施工现场成功地进行切割的情况。切割速度达到20米/小时以上。
