本文针对内孔与法兰安装平面成一定角度的零件,分析了生产中常规的气割下料方法存在的不足,提出了新的数控气割下料的方法,从而提高了零件的加工的生产效率。
In this paper, aiming at the problem that the inner hole is at an angle with the plane of the flange mounting plane, the disadvantages of the conventional gas cutting and cutting method in production are analyzed. A new numerical control cutting method is put forward to improve the production efficiency of the part.
