通过对各突出预测指标物理意义和潘三矿11-2煤层瓦斯突出主导因素的分析,有重点地选择了突出预测指标,并对其在潘三矿11-2煤层6个煤巷掘进工作面进行了跟踪考察。然后对指标的考察结果进行“三率”分析,确定钻屑量指标S和钻孔瓦斯涌出初速度q为潘三矿11-2煤层的突出预测敏感指标。通过对钻屑量指标S和钻孔瓦斯涌出初速度指标q取不同假想临界值时进行“三率”分析,初步确定钻屑量指标S的临界值为6 kg/m,钻孔瓦斯涌出初速度q的临界值为4.2 L/m in。
