在我国社会主义建设新的历史阶段中,在改革开放和社会转型过程中,文化和人的能力素质得到了更新的发展,文化需求全面提升。但是现实社会的文化发展中还存在着若干问题,文化体制改革与创新面临着新形势的挑战。我国社会主义初级阶段文化体制及改革与文化创新问题作些探讨,以期明确文化体制改革对文化创新的意义,并对我们当前的文化体制改革和文化建设工作提出若干建议与对策。 In the new historical stage of China’s socialist construction, in the process of reform and opening up and social transformation, the ability and quality of culture and human beings have been renewed and their cultural needs have been raised in an all-round way. However, there are still some problems in the cultural development of the real society. The reform and innovation of the cultural system are facing the challenges of the new situation. In the initial stage of socialism in our country, the cultural system, reform and cultural innovation are discussed in order to clarify the significance of cultural system reform to cultural innovation and put forward some suggestions and countermeasures for our current cultural system reform and cultural construction.
