冬学工作是今年冬季农村中的一项重要工作,对加强农民群众的时事政策宣传和开展业余文化教育有很大的作用。为此,根据第一灾全国农民业余文化教育会议的精神和中央教育部最近颁发的冬学工作指示,结合我省具体情况,作如下指示:一、今年冬学必须结合农村中心工作,向农民进行政治教育,以提高他们的社会主义觉悟和建设祖国的积极性;同时开展识字教育,提高农民的文化水平,以适应农村合作化的需要。
Winter work is an important work in this winter’s rural areas and has a great effect on promoting the current affairs policies of the peasant masses and amateur cultural education.
