通过问卷调查和实地访谈,对太原市羽毛球俱乐部的经营现状进行研究。结果表明,目前太原市羽毛球经营型俱乐部大多数处于盈利状态,少部分收支基本持平,只有个别亏损;但从经营管理的角度看,经营单位整体存在问题较多,主要表现在专业人员配备缺乏、规章制度不健全、职责岗位不明晰、部门结构混乱等,并针对上述问题,提出了相应的建议。 Through the questionnaire survey and field interviews, the status quo of Taiyuan badminton club management was studied. The results show that most of the badminton operating clubs in Taiyuan are currently in a profitable state, with a small part of their revenue and expenditure being basically flat with only a few individual losses. However, from the point of management and operation, there are more problems in the overall operation units, mainly in the lack of professional staffing , The rules and regulations are not perfect, the responsibilities and positions are not clear, the department structure is chaotic and so on. In view of the above problems, the corresponding suggestions are put forward.
