试验结果表明,盐度对中间球海胆(♀)×光棘球海胆(♂)杂交子代的受精率、受精卵的孵化率、浮游幼体的生长发育均有重要影响。水温18℃、盐度为31时,受精率最高,为54%;盐度为23~37时受精卵可孵化至棱柱幼体,孵化适宜盐度为29~33,其中盐度为31时,孵化率最高,为89.5%;浮游幼体期适宜盐度为29~33,最适盐度为31。
The results showed that the salinity had an important influence on the fertilization rate, the hatching rate of fertilized eggs and the growth and development of plankton in the hybrids of sea urchin (Euphemus osprey × Echinochloa crusgalli ♂). The highest fertilization rate was 54% when the water temperature was 18 ℃ and the salinity was 31, while the fertilized eggs hatched to prismatic larvae when the salinity was 23-37. The suitable salinity for hatching was 29-33, and the salinity was 31, hatching The highest rate was 89.5%. The suitable salinity of planktonic stage was 29 ~ 33 and the optimum salinity was 31.
