以石棉尾矿硫酸铵浸出液即粗制硫酸镁溶液为原料,基于粘土矿物絮凝胶体“卡房”状结构的形成机理,制备了“卡房”状结构的氢氧化镁聚集体,考查了陈化时间对“卡房”状结构氢氧化镁聚集体特征和产率的影响。结果表明,采用同时注入沉淀法,在1∶1水/乙醇体系中,在pH值为10.2(氢氧化镁负电性最大)条件下,可获得“卡房”状结构的氢氧化镁聚集体;随陈化时间的延长,氢氧化镁晶体直径增大非常明显,而厚度略有增大,所形成的“卡房”状结构中孔隙变大,孔隙中填充物减少,孔隙的连通性增加,产率由85%增加到95%。
Based on the formation mechanism of the flocculent “card room” structure of asbestos-tailings ammonium sulfate leaching solution, which is the raw solution of crude magnesium sulfate, magnesium hydroxide aggregates with “card room” structure were prepared. The effect of aging time on the characteristics and yield of “Mg2 +” magnesium hydroxide aggregates was investigated. The results showed that magnesium hydroxide with “catalysis” structure could be obtained under the condition of pH value 10.2 (maximal electronegativity of magnesium hydroxide) in 1: 1 water / ethanol system by simultaneous injection precipitation method. With the aging time, the crystal diameter of magnesium hydroxide increases obviously, but the thickness increases slightly, the pores formed in the “card room” structure become larger, the filler in the pores decreases, and the pore Connectivity increases with the yield increasing from 85% to 95%.
