我们在试验中发现用铜器装的生水,大肠菌群检出很低,甚至检不出,为证实铜器装水是否对细菌有灭活作用,在这方面进行了试验观察。 一、试验方法:用无菌瓶采集水样回试验室先做大肠菌群,再将水样倒入铜器中(黄铜器)室温放置过夜,再做大肠菌群测定,观察水中大肠菌群的变化情况。测定方法按生活饮用水水质检验方法操作。 二、结果与讨论:用铜器贮存不同水,大肠菌群检出都低,其中井水原有的大肠菌群浓度为90~>23800个/L,放到铜器中过夜后,下降率为96~100%;河水原有大肠
